FINDING YOUR FEET at the Festival Drayton Centre

Directed by Richard Loncraine, this heart-warming comedy tells the tale of ‘Lady’ Sandra Abbot, a wealthy elitist who discovers her husband is having an affair with her best friend.

On the night before her eagerly-anticipated retirement, 'Lady' Sandra Abbott gets more than she bargains for when she discovers her husband is having an affair with her best friend, sending her forty-year marriage into meltdown.

Unable to deal with the overarching shame in her wealthy neighbourhood, she escapes to her estranged sister's home on a run-down council estate. A bohemian serial dater with a happy-go-lucky attitude, Sandra's sister Bif couldn't be any more different from the Lady herself.

Struggling to adjust to her older sibling's free-spirited ways, Sandra feels like the ultimate outsider, until one day, she reluctantly joins Bif and her young-at-heart friends at a community dance class. Could the change of scenery be just what Sandra needs?
