A WILD NIGHT WITH ANDY ROUSE
Friday 16th February
Market Drayton based Andy is a multi award winning professional wildlife and aviation photographer. His images have always been shot in his own unique trademark style, one reason why he is a Canon Ambassador. He has won 24 major international awards and is the holder of the RGS Cherry Kearton award.
As a passionate conservationist Andy is involved in sponsoring the only UK research project on the little owl and is involved in tiger conservation too.
Andy's talk will be a game of two halves. The first half will see him talk about his adventures with polar bears for the past 15 years, plus portray some closer to home wildlife too. After the break he will then look back at his favourite 20 images of his career, talking about them with tall stories and some insight for photographers too.
He will also show some amazing images of the world's sexiest fighters shot air to air, in a fun way.
The whole night will be a mixture of great images, awful jokes, musical sequences to toe tapping music, wonderful video and impossibly tall stories.
An inspiring insight into the work of this amazingly talented wildlife photographer suitable for photographers, animal huggers and anyone with nothing better to do. An evening of fun, passion, and a good night out.
