I am an amateur artist and have been painting for some time now, attending various classes and courses with different tutors in England and Scotland, and also my beloved home county of Shropshire.

I just love to paint! That’s what it all about for me. Especially landscapes, in oil, watercolour, pastels, but now mostly acrylic.  Landscapes, seascapes, cityscapes, still life and animals. Now learning how to draw people!

I am a big fan of The Impressionists, and try to paint 'loosely' which is more difficult than it looks.
