 Yogalates at the Festival Drayton Centre

This class is ideal for those that like Yoga but want to focus more specifically on core strength as well as suppleness and mobility. 

Ideal for those with a weak core, posture issues, returning to sport after injury. For all levels beginners to advanced. 

Yoga emphasizes mind-body connection and offers physical benefits like strength, flexibility, and balance. With the extra focuses on core strength through structured exercises it slowly gets more challenging.
